1) Wearing Your Instant Acrylics™

How long will my nails last?

Très She Glue: When applied correctly with Très She nail glue, your nails can stay on for up to two weeks. Wear time will vary depending on your application method and how you wear them.

Nail Stickers: When using the adhesive tabs provided, your Instant Acrylic™ nails can last up to two days. This method is perfect for a weekend party or a night out, having your nails back to normal for the office on a Monday morning.

NOTE: When applied correctly, our Instant Acrylic™ nails should stay on for their maximum duration; this is, however, dependent on your lifestyle. Factors like how you wear them and which adhesive technique you use will affect the length of time that your nails stay on.

 

What is the best method when it comes to applying my Instant Acrylic™ nails?

All the instructions for the application of your nails are outlined on the box, or you can find more detailed instructions here.

We recommend you follow these five basic steps:

1. Find the size that best fits your nails and lay them out in order
2. Lightly buff your natural nail using the buffer provided
3. Wipe each nail using the cleansing pad (alcohol wipe) provided
4. Add a small dot of the glue to your nail and place the Instant Acrylic™ onto the glue, sliding it down to line up with your cuticle. Hold it there for five seconds.
5. Repeat on all fingers and voila - perfect nails!

NOTE: Nail adhesives can be tricky to use at first and require extra care when handling. Be sure the nail glue does not come in contact with your skin. You only need a minimal amount of glue on each nail.

 

Can I shower or bathe while wearing my Instant Acrylic™ nails?

Taking a shower or bath is perfectly fine, provided your Instant Acrylic™ nails have been applied using Très She glue - which is our strongest nail adhesive option. 

If using our adhesive nail tabs, bath-time can present some challenges as the tabs are typically removed by soaking in warm water, which dissolves the adhesive. Therefore, we recommend you avoid warm or hot water when using tabs until you want to remove them.

 

How do I remove my Instant Acrylic™ nails?

If you’ve applied your nails using the glue supplied, this can be tricky but not impossible. A helpful video with clear steps to follow can be found here. We recommend waiting at least 5 days before attempting to remove your Instant Acrylics™ when they’ve been applied with glue.

Removing your nails when they have been applied with tabs is much simpler. You can peel the nails off by lifting the nail off from the base on one side, and gently peeling them away, ensuring you support the nail with your finger as you do.

 

Can I reuse my Instant Acrylic™ nails?

Like salon nails, Instant Acrylic™ nails can be damaged from general wear and tear or even during the removal process. It depends on how you wear them - if you are hard wearing on your hands, reusing them can be difficult.

If you do want to extend the life of your Instant Acrylic™ nails, try your best to take good care of them while wearing them, ensuring they are carefully removed, stored, kept clean and dust-free.

If you wear your nails with tabs, remove any residual tabs from the nail back, using tweezers, after each wear.

How will I know you have my nail size?

We do our best to cater to all nail sizes, each set of Très She Instant Acrylics™ comes with 24 nails in 12 different sizes. The quality of our Instant Acrylics™ also allows for customisation, if you need a smaller size than what is included in the set you can file the sides to better fit your nail.

 

What if I run out of glue or nail tabs?

Can I customize my Instant Acrylic™ nails with nail polish or gel?

Très She Instant Acrylics™ have been specifically developed to facilitate customizing style and shape. While this means you can clip, file, paint, pierce or adorn your sets to your heart’s content, the best nails for this are our ‘Crystal’ sets. They’re the ideal blank canvas to work with for a customized set. 

Things to remember if deciding to alter your Très She Instant Acrylics™: 

• Our nail finishes imitate a salon manicure and this may affect how gel or nail polished adhere
• Acetone will damage our acrylics, so we recommend non-acetone products only
• Any permanent changes made to your nails are at your own risk. While we encourage you to be creative, remember that changes are often not reversible and we can’t be responsible for any damage caused to your sets after customising

 

Can I cut or alter the length of my Instant Acrylic™ nails?

All our Instant Acrylics™ are fully customizable, meaning they can be cut and filed to suit your desired length and style, without causing damage to the nail.

To change the length: 

Use clippers such as our Nail Snippers (here) and cut straight across for your desired length, then smooth the end with a file (any file will do the trick).

Shape your nails: 

Stiletto: Clip each corner off, leaving the peak in the middle, then smooth the edges with a file, leaving a sharp point.

Almond: Smooth the corners off with a file, leaving all the edges smooth.

Square: Use our Nail Snippers or other clippers to cut straight across. File to finish.

 

Why did my nails fall off on the first day?

Natural oils or even non-acetone remover residue can be the sworn enemy of your Instant Acrylics™! 

Nail application requires a careful preparation and following the instructions are critical to ensure a long-wearing, instant manicure:

Buff your natural nail bed, leaving no part shiny. Then, wipe your natural nail thoroughly with the nail cleansing (alcohol) pad provided. Make sure not to touch your natural nail with your finger after it has been wiped.

 

Can I use tabs and glue together?

Yes, this is a great technique! Applying your tabs onto a clean, well-prepared natural nail and following with glue, will keep your nails on tightly for up to 7 days, plus makes removal easier. A win/win! 

How to: 

Prep your nail, put the tabs on your natural nail, add a dot of glue to the back of the Instant Acrylic™, and press together. Hold firmly for 10 seconds.

 

I got glue on my finger; what should I do?

Glue application can be tricky at first. If you get glue on your finger, wait for it to dry. It can be removed carefully using acetone and a cotton tip. Be careful not to get acetone on your Instant Acrylics™ as that can affect the wear time and finishes.

Using a q-tip, apply the acetone to the glue on your finger. Then you can scrape the excess glue off your skin with your nail.

 

Can salon gel be used to glue down my Instant Acrylics™?

If you want to have a nail salon gel applied to adhere your Instant Acrylics, it’s possible on our jelly or transparent styles, only. For our opaque styles (i.e. the UV light will not pass through), acrylic could be used instead. We recommend, however - using the glue supplied.

 

How can I stop the glue from being visible when applying clear nails?

Follow these steps to assist your application of clear and transparent nails:

• Put a smooth layer of glue on the natural nail bed (keep it as thin as possible) 
• Place your Instant Acrylic™ nail down, and line up with the cuticle
• Press down very firmly and hold for 10-12 seconds 

NOTE: Cover the whole nail area with glue thinly, leaving no gaps. If you use too much glue, it will spill out around the sides of your nail, when you are pressing down firmly.

How do Très She Instant Acrylics™ compare to other brands of press-on nails?

Très She Instant Acrylic™ nails do not compare to regular press-on nails. 

Regular press-on nails are made from a thin, flimsy plastic that’s weak and breaks or splits easily. They can often look unnatural and be uncomfortable to wear. 

We do not stand for nails that chip, bend or damage from regular wear. 

Our Instant Acrylic™ nails are based on an exclusive production process and unique acrylic formula. This process has taken us years to perfect and means our nails imitate both the strength and appearance of salon acrylics. 

Our unique nail shapes bring you another level of comfort, as well as a natural look and feel, with the strength of a real nail.

All our Instant Acrylics™ have been tried and tested to withstand hard wearing and long-term wear.

Being nail-obsessed ourselves, and our company having been founded by a nail artist, we are dedicated to bringing you salon-quality nails, at home.

We know nails inside and out, but some nail terminology may be new for you. We created a Glossary so you can be in the know too.

 

Are your Ultra Long XXX Instant Acrylics™ the same sizes as your Ballerina Instant Acrylics™ and Square Instant Acrylics™?

Sizing is slightly larger in our Ultra Long XXX range than our Ballerina and Square Instant Acrylics™. Each set still comes with 24 nails in 12 sizes, however, the XXX tends to run a little larger than our Ballerina and Square Instant Acrylics™, but you can still find your best fit. 

PRO TIP: If you have tiny nail beds and the sizes run a bit too large, we recommend filing the sides of the Instant Acrylics™, which will not only ensure your best fit, but sharpen those edges.

 

What are the lengths and sizes of your Instant Acrylic™ nails?

The length and size of nails vary from 22mm-31mm, depending on the size of your nail and finger. Our Ultra Long XXX range is a slightly larger fit than Ballerina and Square, with the size 0 in Ultra Long measuring approximately 16mm wide. We recommend the Ultra Long styles if you have larger nail beds.

Do you take custom orders?

Unfortunately no, we do not accept orders for customized nails, however the quality of our nails also allow for customizing, which we encourage. This means they can be cut and shaped to your desired length and style. If our sizes are still too big and you can’t find your perfect fit, we recommend filing the sides of the Instant Acrylics™ to provide for a better fit.

How does the eFile work?

Magic? Kidding. Our revolutionary Très She eFile tool removes glue build up and allows for effective reshaping of your Instant Acrylics™. Follow this how-to guide for detailed instructions on glue removal, reshaping, and prepping your nails:

 

HOW-TO GUIDE

Here’s how to remove the glue from behind your Très She Instant Acrylics™:

1. Attach the grinding tip into the port on your eFile device
2. Press the power button to start the drill in motion. You’ll hear the buzzing sound
3. Gently use your drill to remove any built up residue or dried glue from behind each Instant Acrylic™
4. Using a slow and steady motion, continue to remove any adhesive until the Instant Acrylic™ is once again smooth to the touch.
5. Using an alcohol wipe, wipe away any residual dust or debris from the back of the nail
6. Yes! Your Instant Acrylics™ are now ready to re-apply.

Sharpen and smooth edges, or reshape your Très She Instant Acrylics™:

1. Attach the round buffing disc into the port of your eFile device
2. Press the power button to activate your device
3. Using the rotating buffer, revive the original shape, sharpen up the edges, or reshape to your liking.

Prep your natural nails prior to application of  your Très She Instant Acrylics™:

1. Attach the round buffing disc into the port of your eFile device
2. Lightly buff your natural nail and wipe down each nail bed using our Très She alcohol wipe. 

Now you're ready to apply your Très She Instant Acrylics™ to perfection! 

 

What kind of battery does the eFile require?

The Très She eFile requires one (1) AAA battery. Please note: Batteries are not included.

 

Can I buy replacement heads for my Très She eFile device?

You asked, we listened! You can now buy replacement heads for your Très She eFile device. Drill bits and Buffing Plates sold separately in packs of 6. Get them in our ‘Tools & Accessories’ section here.

 

How do I remove the attachment head currently inserted in my eFile device?

To remove the attachment head currently inserted in your eFile device, grip the attachment piece just above the eFile device and pull upwards firmly.

 

Does the thickness of excess glue alter the performance of the eFile?

Too much glue on your Instant Acrylics™ won’t alter the performance of the eFile but will affect how long it takes to remove. As a rule, we recommend adding only a small amount of glue per nail when applying, as our glue is super strong and does not require excess amounts. If the glue is thick and heavy, it may take longer to remove.

 

Can the eFile be used to buff my natural nail so the glue sticks better?

Absolutely. You can use the eFile buffer to buff your natural nail, then follow using the file/buffer provided in the Instant Acrylic™ boxed set. We recommend this step for a longer-lasting finish. Two weeks wear? Don’t even care.

 

Does this work on regular acrylics too, or just your Instant Acrylics™?

The eFile can be used on regular salon acrylics, as well as our own Instant Acrylics™. However, we do not recommend attempting to reapply your regular salon acrylics. And as a golden rule, this tool works best with our press-on Instant Acrylics™.

 

Does the eFile assist in making my Instant Acrylics™ shorter?

Yes, but clip with Snippers first, followed by the eFile to shape and buff. You can use the eFile to file and buff the top and sides of your Instant Acrylics™. Pair with our Nail Snippers for a salon worthy match made in heaven.

 

How do I remove my Instant Acrylics™ to reuse them with the eFile?

It’s a little tricky if you’ve applied your Instant Acrylics™ using the glue supplied but not impossible. We recommend waiting at least 7 days before attempting to remove your Instant Acrylics™, or longer, to avoid damaging them in the removal process.

To assist with removal, soak your nails in hot water for about 5 minutes and gently get underneath with the cuticle stick to push off, while supporting your finger and the Instant Acrylic™.

When removing, be sure not to use acetone as it damages the Instant Acrylics™ and they will be unable to be reused. 

 

Très She Nail Glue

Is Get a Grip Nail Glue the same formula as the tube glue included with sets of Instant Acrylics™?

Get a Grip Nail Glue uses a brush-on applicator, so the formula is a little different to make application easy, but the super strong hold is just the same. Expect 2 weeks wear time when applied correctly, sometimes even longer! So if you prefer to brush on your glue, or if you need to stock up on more, you can now purchase it here.

 

HOW-TO GUIDE

1. First, prep your nails by gently buffing them, then cleansing with an alcohol wipe

2. Brush a thin layer of glue over your entire nail and the underside of the Instant Acrylic™. Place the Instant Acrylic™ down, making sure it's in line with your cuticle. Hold it down firmly for 5-10 seconds

3. Repeat on all fingers and Voila! - Instant manicure!

How do I remove my Instant Acrylics™ that have been applied with glue?

Removing your Instant Acrylics™ that have been applied with glue is tricky, but not impossible. Due to the nature of the strong bond of our nail glue, we don’t recommend attempting to remove your Instant Acrylics™ that have been applied with glue for at least 7 days.

To assist with removal, you can soak your hands in hot water for 5 minutes. Using ‘Push Over’ or another similar tool, gently slide Side-B between your nail bed and Instant Acrylics™ supporting your finger as you do so, until you’re able to separate your nail from the Instant Acrylic™.

How do I store my nail glue?

Once opened, nail glue should be stored in a cool, dark place. Ensure the lid is replaced correctly and that any excess glue is removed before replacing the cap to prevent it from gluing closed. Nail glue lasts for 3 months once opened.

 

What are the safety warnings and main ingredients for your nail glue?

Keep out of reach of children. Not suitable for children under 12 years. Nail glue contains Cyanoacrylate. Avoid contact with eyes, mouth and skin. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with water for 15 minutes and seek medical advice. Do not use if nails are infected or inflamed. Use only as directed. Store in a cool, dry place. Flammable ingredients.

 

Nail Stickers

How long do Instant Acrylics™ last when applied with nail stickers?

When applied correctly using nail stickers, Instant Acrylics™ typically stay on for 2 days. This is the perfect application method if you want to pop nails on for a night or weekend, then back to the office on Monday.

HOW-TO GUIDE

1. Find the sizes that best fit your nails and lay them out in order
2. Lightly buff your natural nail
3. Wipe each nail using an alcohol wipe
4. Select the nail sticker size closest to your natural nail, gently peel it from the sticker sheet and press it firmly onto your natural nail, being careful not to touch the sticky side of the tab
5. Remove the protective layer of plastic from the tab and place the Instant Acrylic™ down and inline with your cuticle. Hold it down firmly for 5-10 seconds
6. Repeat on all fingers and Voila! - Instant manicure!

 

How do I remove my Instant Acrylics™ that have been applied with nail stickers?

Removing your Instant Acrylics™ when they have been applied with stickers is easy; just soak your hands in warm water for a few minutes and you can simply peel the nails off, one by one. If you want to extend the life of your Instant Acrylics™ make sure you take care when removing to avoid damaging them.

 

Can I reuse my Instant Acrylics™ if I've applied them with nail stickers?

Applying your nails with stickers makes reusing them easier, but reuse will depend on how you wear and remove them each time. If you are hard wearing on your hands, reusing them can be difficult.

To extend the life of your sets, try your best to take good care of them whilst wearing and removing. After each wear, carefully remove any residual sticker from the back of the Instant Acrylic™ before storing them for next time.

 

Can I use nail stickers and nail glue together?

When using both the nail stickers and Très She glue, your Instant Acrylics™ can last up to six days. This method is perfect for medium-term wear, and makes removal easier when you’re ready to take them off

 

Can I reuse the nail stickers?

Each sticker is one-time-use only, but every sheet comes with 24 different stickers in multiple sizes, allowing for more than one application of Instant Acrylics™ per sheet.

 

Nail Snippers

How do I use the Très She Nail Snippers?

Before making your first snip, line your Instant Acrylics™ up on a flat surface and mark your desired length on the underside, with a pencil. Use this line as a cutting guide to help ensure your nails will be cut evenly. Once you’re certain of the length, snip each nail to the line. 

 

HOW-TO GUIDE

1. Insert your Instant Acrylic™ into the (curved) space at the top of the clippers
2. Ensure your Instant Acrylic™ is straight, and lined up to the desired length
3. Squeeze the handles firmly to make the cut. Be careful, this step cant be undone!
4. Repeat on all 10 Instant Acrylics™
5. Use a buffer to smooth away any rough edges.

 

Do I trim the Instant Acrylics™ before or after gluing them on?

We recommend trimming before you’ve applied your Instant Acrylics™. This allows for correct measurements and better accuracy of ensuring each Instant Acrylic™ is evenly trimmed. Following this process, we recommend using our Très She eFile to buff and reshape.

 

Shape Up

Can Shape Up nail files be used on natural nails and other salon nails, or just Instant Acrylics™?

Our Shape Up nail files are professional emery surfaces, with two different surfaces for filing and buffing. As well as using these on your Instant Acrylics™, you can use them on your natural nails, or other salon nails.

 

Push Over

How is ‘Push Over’ different from the cuticle stick provided with every set of nails?

‘Push Over’ has been specially designed as a reusable multi-tool for the perfect prep before application of Instant Acrylics™, and to aid with removal. Side-A will push your cuticles from your nail bed, without causing damage when used correctly. Side-B is shaped to perfectly slide between your Instant Acrylics™ and nail bed to assist with removal.

HOW-TO GUIDE

SIDE-A, Cuticle Pusher

1. Gently use Side A to push your cuticles back from your nail beds to create a clean, smooth surface for best application of your Instant Acrylics™.

SIDE-B, Instant Acrylic™ Removal

1. For best results, wait at least 5 days before attempting to remove Instant Acrylics™ applied with glue

2. Use side B to carefully pry your Instant Acrylic™ nails away by gently slipping the end between your natural nail and the acrylic while supporting your fingers

 

Thirsty™ Nail Dehydrator

How do I use Thirsty™ Nail Dehydrator?

Natural oils can be the sworn enemy of perfect Instant Acrylic™ application, so we created Thirsty! After prepping and cleansing your natural nails for application, brush a small amount of Thirsty on your natural nail. This will help remove any natural oils and create the best base for you Instant Acrylics to adhere to.

 

HOW-TO GUIDE

1. After buffing and cleaning your natural nails, brush a small amount of Thirsty™ dehydrator over each nail bed
2. Allow to dry for a few seconds before applying your adhesive and Très She Instant Acrylics™.

 

Why isn’t Thirsty™ available everywhere?

Unfortunately, our Thirsty™ Nail Dehydrator is not available outside of the USA or Australia. This is due to the flammable nature of the product restricting shipping options. Sorry!

What are the safety warnings and ingredients for Thirsty™ Nail Dehydrator?

Keep out of reach of children. Not suitable for children under 12 years. Nail dehydrator contains C8-9 Isoparaffin, Isopropyl Alcohol. Avoid contact with eyes, mouth and skin. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with water for 15 minutes and seek medical advice. In case of ingestion, do not induce vomiting and seek medical advice. Do not use if nails are infected or inflamed. Use only as direct. Store in a cool, dry place. Flammable ingredients.

 

Alcohol Wipes

Can Très She Alcohol Wipes be used to sanitise anything other than nail beds?

Yes! Our alcohol wipes are medical grade, and safe to use for a variety of disinfecting purposes, as they contain 70% isopropyl alcohol. They are single-use only though, so just don’t go reusing them.

What are the safety warnings and ingredients for your alcohol wipes?

Keep out of reach of children. Not suitable for children under 12 years. Alcohol wipes contain Isopropyl Alcohol. Avoid contact with eyes and mouth. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with water for 15 minutes and seek medical advice. Do not use if nails are infected or inflamed. Use only as directed. Store in a cool, dry place. Flammable.

What’s your return policy?

In short, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. 

 

Can an order be cancelled? 

Unfortunately, orders that are final cannot be cancelled. However, we understand that things can go wrong. If you have an item on backorder or it is being held and not shipped, we recommend you reach out to us via email or Facebook Messenger to request a cancellation. 

 

Can I cancel an order once it has been shipped? 

Unfortunately no. Orders begin to ship almost immediately once processing begins and cannot be cancelled or modified. Très She is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by discrepancies in service during transit – i.e., customs, weather, transfers from courier services to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes, delays nor public holidays, any extra fees or back-end charges once the package has exited our warehouse.

 

Can I exchange an item if I have changed my mind, or isn't what I expected? 

We do not offer a return for change of mind. As per the Terms of Use and the Returns Policy visible online, all sales are considered final, so please choose carefully! We have countless examples of our products to view online to give customers the best indication of how our products look and perform.

  

What happens if my order becomes out of stock? 

If an item is out of stock after your order is confirmed, it will move to backorder and ship once the item becomes available. Please check your inbox for any updates we have sent you via email with regards to backorders.

If we are unable to fulfil your order due to a stock shortage, we will cancel the order, process the refund on the out of a stock item, and email you the confirmation. Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement. However, this timing can vary depending on your bank. 

 

What should I do if I receive the wrong product, or believe my product has a fault?

Whoops! We’re sorry to hear that you received a product different from the one that you ordered, or with a fault. Please reach out to our customer service team via email or Facebook Messenger with a photo of the product, shipping label, and order number so our team can investigate what happened.

What currency is my order charged in?

You will only be charged in your local currency - meaning the equivalent price is calculated at the time of sale, based on the exchange rate. This will be reflected by the transaction amount in your bank statement.

Our default currency displayed on www.tresshe.com is US Dollars. 

 

Can I make any changes to my order?

Unfortunately no. Once your order is confirmed, it begins processing almost immediately so we are unable to make any changes after this time.  

As we do not offer refunds, wrong orders cannot be exchanged. 

 

How can I check the status of my order?

Once your order is confirmed and on board for delivery, your tracking information will be emailed to you in a "shipping confirmation" email. This email will only be sent once your order is packed for shipping. 

Didn't receive your confirmation email? Your item may not be packed yet, or you may need to check your spam inbox for any missed emails from us.

 

I just have a general query about my order, what do I do?

You can reach out to us via email or Facebook Messenger. Be sure to include your order number with your enquiry!

We presently cannot assist with order or general inquiries via Instagram DM.

 

7) Billing

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Google Pay, Afterpay, Diners Club. Presently, we cannot accept checks, direct debit requests, nor money orders. 

 

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed. The amount charged will be in your local currency and will be visible on your bank statement.

 

What can I do if my payment is declined?

There are a few things you need to do if your payment didn’t go through:

1. Check your balance! Sometimes there might be a simple fix 
2. Check that your card’s billing details (such as the security code and billing address) are accurate and match what you’ve entered into our system 
3. Call your bank to see if they have blocked an online payment from your card 
4. If your card has expired, then your bank may have declined your payment. Banks will not inform us of the reason for blocking payments, so it’s best to check with them before trying your card again.

 

8) Shipping 

Where will my order ship from?

Your order will ship from one of five warehouses worldwide. Depending on stock and fulfilment circumstances, this is only to be used as a guide.

 

How long does shipping take?

Depending on your location, here is a guide for shipping time, once your shipping confirmation email is received. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing before your order ships.

Note that these times are a guide only and we are unable to guarantee an exact delivery date as these times may be affected by COVID pandemic, extreme weather, reduced international flights, and other unforeseen circumstances.

If your tracking page shows no updates for 20 consecutive days for US and Canada orders, or 30 for international orders, contact our customer service team at service@tresshe.com. 

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

All despatched orders will prompt an email notification that confirms shipment and contains your tracking link. Please check your spam inbox in case you have missed our confirmation email. 

 

How do I track my items? 

You will receive a tracking confirmation email once your item has been dispatched from our facility. The tracking link supplied in the email will provide you with all the information required to track your order. Check-in via this link for updates as your order travels to you.

We are unable to offer any more information on the tracking of your parcel once it is in transit. If your item experiences a delay or missed delivery, check in with your local post office or contact our customer service team for support. 

We are unable to take responsibility for orders once they are shipped and are not liable for the service interruptions of third party shipping suppliers once an order has left our despatch.

 

Why is my order marked as “Pending” or "No updates"?

Postal teams can take 2-4 business days to scan and upload data on the items received. If your tracking link is showing a 'pending' notice, this simply means your item has not yet received the uploaded information.

POLICY: If tracking does not update for 20 consecutive days (domestic), or 30 consecutive days (international), please email our customer service team for assistance at service@tresshe.com.

 

What service is provided with my Standard Shipping?

We offer a standard, tracked shipping service with ‘Authority To Leave’ via multiple couriers in the USA and for International orders - UPS, USPS, FedEx, and DHL, and via Canada Post in Canada.

 

I'm having problems with the tracking link/ID, what should I do?

If you've been supplied tracking information incorrectly and it is returning an error page or wrong information, please reach out to us via email or Facebook Messenger with your information.

 

What can cause delays in my shipping?

Delays to your order can occur without warning, due to unforeseen circumstances at the local post office, postal strikes, border security, congestion, customs clearance, pandemic or weather.

In some cases, too, the carrier can take 1-2 business days to register and receive parcels. This will affect your shipment status.

Public Holidays in your location and ours can also incur delays during the processing time. We take no responsibility for shipping or delays occurring outside of our control.

 

Can I change my shipping address?

If you've entered an address incorrectly, it can be challenging for us to intercept this, given order processing begins almost immediately. Therefore, we cannot replace, refund, or cancel orders that are lost due to an incorrect shipping address.

If the package is unable to be delivered to the address provided, it will most likely be returned to us. 

Please be sure to fill in your shipping information carefully and accurately. If you are concerned your address was incorrect, contact our customer service.

 

Tracking says my package has been delivered, but I haven’t received it?

If tracking states 'delivered,' we recommend checking with neighbours, landlords, building managers, etc. to see if they’ve collected it. 

You can also check with your local post office to see if they have it waiting for you.

Packages that remain unclaimed will, in most cases, be returned to us.

Unfortunately, since the tracking states your order has been delivered, there's not much we can do on our end. 

When the package leaves our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for it. It is passed onto the carrier, and becomes their responsibility. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this.

 

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We ship to over 220 countries and territories. These include South Korea, Japan, China, Brazil, Russia, and most countries within Europe, Middle-East, South America, Canada, and Africa. Please check our shipping update here, for restricted services during COVID-19.

We are currently unable to ship to the following countries; Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Cambodia, Christmas Island, Cocos (Keeling) Islands, Eritrea, French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Martinique, Mongolia, Qatar, Réunion, Samoa, Saudi Arabia, South Sudan, St. Pierre & Miquelon, Tajikistan, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Yemen.

In short, no, we don’t discount our products but on occasion there might be a rare sale or discounted offer circulating for a limited time. You have to be ‘in the know’ to hear it! How? By following a #TresSheBaby influencer on social media who might be promoting an affiliate discount or if you’ve signed up to our email database; email subscribers are the first to hear about any special offers we run. If you’re not already on the list, it’s time to add your email. Sign up from the website homepage (at the footer or via the pop-up) and be sure to open your emails from Très She so you don’t miss any offers or exciting news!

 

How do I access a discount code?

Joining our email database gives you exclusive access to any special offers, flash sales or discounts. Sometimes our #TresSheBaby influencer network promote an affiliate discount code which they will share via their social media platforms, so be sure to follow them.

 

My code doesn’t work, what’s wrong?

A code might fail for 4 main reasons. Firstly, check the spelling, it could be a simple typo of how you’ve entered it! If the code is related to a specific product, check that you’ve added that product to the cart. It must be in your active cart, to enable the discount. Thirdly, our discount codes are rare and they expire! If a code you are using has expired, it won’t work. Lastly, not all products are eligible with every offer, sale or discount. If your code still isn’t working, we can help you figure it out – just send a screenshot of your checkout page to our team via email, service@tresshe.com.

 

Terms of use for Special Offers, Sales, and Affiliate Discount Codes:

Always read the terms of our emails carefully to ensure you’re clear on the eligibility of any unique discounts. All eligible items must be added to cart, to be redeemable under the nominated discount. Discount codes must be accurately entered at the checkout at the time of purchase and prior to any expiry date and time. Purchases that do not meet these requirements may not activate the intended offer or discount. It is up to you to ensure you are granted the discount, so be sure to check your order carefully.
